Organic Matter 1.3 released

Version 1.3 of Organic Matter  has some small gameplay improvements: text added for situations when you have no items or the person doesn't want to speak to you.  The underlying code was reorganized to facilitate localization. The game may still be unstable, but you should have seen the Russian version.
